At Oasis Snacks, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bite; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are generally restricted to items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim for a refund or replacement.
Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, carefully check your package for any signs of damage, missing items, or incorrect snacks before opening the individual product seals.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items to verify your claim.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm your eligibility for a direct refund.
Resolution Process
Once approved, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.
